1. The service

Basketwize is a free price-comparison tool. It collects publicly available product and pricing data from participating online grocery stores in Germany and the Netherlands and helps you find the best deal for your shopping list.

2. Price accuracy

Prices shown are fetched automatically from retailer websites and may be delayed by up to 24 hours. We do not guarantee that any price, stock level, or product availability is accurate at the time you visit a retailer. Always confirm the final price and availability on the retailer's own website before ordering.

We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. We accept no liability for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, delivery failures, or any other issue arising from a purchase made via a link on our site.

3. Outbound links

Links to retailer product pages are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse any retailer. Once you leave Basketwize, the retailer's own terms and privacy policy apply. We never transfer your basket to a retailer's cart automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to Basketwize in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on Basketwize is owned by us or our licensors. Product names, images, and descriptions remain the property of their respective retailers and brands. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the site without our written permission.

6. Accounts and beta access

During the beta period, access may be by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Basketwize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any purchases made through retailer links. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €50.
